These patterns are used as calibration standards, encoders, resolution charts, inspection patterns, etc. Graticules Optics is also offering the capability to make products to custom specification. This service is available for patterns on glass, quartz, plastic and many other substrates. Electroformed and etched patterns are available on foil products in copper, gold, nickel, silver and other metals.
