Motorized Stages
Motorized X, XY,
Z and rotation stages for high precision positioning
OptoSigma has just
launched a new family of motorized positioning stages from Sigma Koki. These
are high-rigid, extremely precise stages and incorporate high precision
guide actuators.
Using 5-phase stepper motors and a strong U-shaped rail, the stages achieve
high load capacity with precision movement with 1 micron accuracy.
Four-row recirculating bearing guides and precision-fit guides provide
minimal friction difference between dynamic and static friction due to load
variations.
The stages are available in X, XY, Z and rotation stage configurations with
travel from 20 to 1500 mm.
A range of high-performance drivers is available from OEM-models to end-user
computer control units.
Optionally the stages are available in vacuum compatible configuration or
with AC-motors. |
